City pirates

One of our major engagements is the City Pirates Project, a social reintegration plan in Antwerp driven by soccer and social diversity. Fuelled by tons of goodwill and broad-based volunteering, this project aims at granting kids (and their parents) from the suburbs an easier access to society. IFS unites people from different backgrounds by playing the most popular game in the world, which has proved amazingly fruitful. More information at

In the Philippines, the IFS Training Center structurally collaborates with local street children. Cook apprentices regularly prepare meals for them, and kids are offered the opportunity to participate in the free training programmes. This way they can expand their skill set and work on their future. More information at
