We achieve this by training and supporting the crew on board and improving the well-being on board of the crew. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in supporting business through financial analysis, planning, and reporting. You will work closely with both local and international finance teams to ensure financial transparency, optimize business processes, and drive strategic initiatives.The main tasks/responsibilities will be:
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support business management.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive performance improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key business metrics and KPIs.
  • Support the bi-month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support investment decisions through financial modeling and business case analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration major in Financial Management, or other related course.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar controlling or financial analysis role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Exact) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in an international environment is a plus.

Will be mainly responsible in assisting/accommodating guests/trainees initially upon their arrival in the facility. The main tasks/responsibilities will be:Responsible for assisting/accommodating guests and answering initial queries of visitors during arrival.
  • Organising and servicing meetings (i.e. scheduling and taking minutes).
  • Maintaining records and reports.
  • Ensuring that guests are properly accommodated during their stay in our facility
  • Assists in operational activities and admin tasks in support to the other departments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Bus. Administration, or related field.
  • Work experience in the maritime or crewing industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer use (MS Office suite) along with LMS.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in both speaking and writing English at a professional standard is required
  • Can work independently and also able to collaborate with others
  • Has good time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and can multitask.
  • Flexible, able to handle pressure and can manage stress.
