Meatballs with tomato sauce and mashed potatoes!

Love it on cold winterdays..

How to prepare

  • Mix minced meat with garlic, eggs, parsley, bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into 5cm balls and roll them in flour.
  • Fry them in butter and add tomato-sauce.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes!
