Pasta aglio oglio!

This classic recipe is delicious in its simplicity !

How to prepare:

  • Sauté some garlic and fresh chili for a few minutes
  • Cook pasta "al dente" , strain and add to the garlic / chili mixture
  • Add breadcrumbs and  chopped herbs like parsley, basil,..
  • Cook for one minute and season with salt and pepper
  • Finish with olive oil and grated parmesan cheese on the side!
