Our recently trained cooks, this was a 60 days course in our training facility at Manila.

This intensive training is developed in close collaboration with our client to prepare stewards and shore personel to 2nd cooks on board of VLCC's.
During this training we paid extra attention to following topics:
- Bakery : How to prepare fresh bread and pastry and what is the advantage.
- Sanitation : How to implement the HACCP principles in practice regarding the ILO guidelines.
- Menu planning : What should you keep in mind when preparing a menu : nutricions, variation, religion,..
