Spaghetti Carbonara!

I think pasta is ideal for a quick lunch!

 

How to prepare`

  • Sauté chopped onions with garlic and bacon.
  • Add some white wine and cream and reduce till the sauce thickens.
  • Mix with the boiled spaghetti, add an egg yolk  and season with salt and pepper.
  • Finish with grated parmesan and chopped parsley!
