Thai styled beef salad!

You should try this salad with fried rice and a salted poached egg!

  

How to prepare

  • Mix garlic with  oil and some grounded black pepper and rub the meat.
  • Heat the some oil and fry the beef on both sides for 4min, wrap in aluminium foil
  • Mix the salad with the chopped tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions
  • Slice the beef in thin slices and lay on the salad
  • Mix fish sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, chili peppers and brown sugar for the dressing and sprinkle over the salad.
