Mussels, Belgian style!
Every year in July, the mussels season starts again! Can't wait to prepare them on the Belgian way!
How to prepare
- Sauté chopped onions and celery in a large cooking pot!
- Add the mussels, cover with a lid and put on a medium fire. You'll need to toss the mussels after a few minutes.
- The mussels are ready when all shelves are opened.
- For the dipping sauce, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and some mussel juice!
- Serve with french fries or bread.
