Lamb oven dish!

Perfect with jacket potatoes and garlic butter!

Rub the meat with garlic and fry untill nicely crusted.

How to prepare

  • Place in an oven dish with mixed vegetables cubes like eggplant, tomatoes, pumpkin,...
  • Bake in the oven at 200°c till everything is done.
  • Meanwhile, rinse potatoes and boil them in salted water. Carve them on the side and fill with fresh made garlic butter.
  • Wrap them into aluminiulm foil and place in the oven for 15min.
