Steak with green pepper sauce and french fries!

Published on 18 October 2011 in Academy, Recipes

Tenderloin is considered the best piece for steak, although I do prefer the richer taste of striploin.

How to prepare

  • Heat a pan and melt butter until golden brown.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper and pan fry on both sides till nicely crusted.
  • Remove the steak and add green pepper, brown sauce and cream into the pan. Season with salt.
  • Serve with a salad an french fries!
  • I like my steak rare, the different ways to prepare steak you can find in our basic principles.

bon appétit
