Twenty-five years of maritime food thought.
The International Food Services company, as you know it today, is the result of the past 25 years of dedication and innovation. During this period M. Pradolini together with his staff have leveraged their strong catering know how to built a full service maritime catering management company, serving both ships & offshore entities.
Although in the field experience of father H. Pradolini, can be seen as the corner stone of the current IFS business, it was his son M. Pradolini , together with some loyal employees, who designed the current structure and gave birth to the idea of what we now like to call the "all-in maritime food experience". Next to the catering business, which still remains on of its core competence, IFS transformed over the years to a diversified maritime service company, offering value added activities such as audit/support, ship's cook certification and dedicated cooks training. With the opening of their own cooks training facility in Manila (the Philippines) and Antwerp a few years ago and with the recent launch of the IFS Academy, IFS shows once again its ambition to be a leading market player in the maritime sector, offering a unique service package within a unique structure.
Despite the continuous evolution, a few basic elements will always remain the same within the IFS culture: the contact with the field, the search for transparency, go for value added services and the no-nonsense approach.
